okply Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is issued by okply ("okply," "we," "us," "our"), a PAGCOR-regulated online gaming platform operating at okply.club and accessible to players in the Philippines. okply acts as the personal information controller in respect of all personal data processed in connection with your use of the Platform.

This Policy applies to all personal data collected from registered players, prospective registrants, and visitors to okply.club, regardless of the device or method used to access the Platform. It applies to data collected through the okply website, account registration forms, identity verification processes, payment transactions, customer support interactions, and automated technical data collection.

• Email address, Philippine mobile number, residential address;
• Government-issued photo ID data (passport number, driver's license number, SSS/GSIS card number) collected during KYC verification;
• Selfie or live photograph where required for identity verification.

Financial Data:

• GCash account number, Maya account number, bank account details (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and card details (Visa/Mastercard) used for deposits and withdrawals;
• Transaction history including deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, dates, and payment method references;
• Philippine Peso wallet balance and bonus balance.

Gaming & Activity Data:

• Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with PAGCOR regulations, AMLA obligations, and other applicable Philippine law (KYC verification, transaction monitoring, record-keeping);

okply does not sell your personal data. We share personal data only in the following circumstances:

• Payment Processors: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard processing partners receive transaction data necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals;
• Identity Verification Partners: Third-party KYC providers receive identity document data to verify your identity and age as required by PAGCOR;

okply retains personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to the following minimum retention periods:

• Account and transaction data: Five (5) years from the date of the last transaction or account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and AMLA obligations;
• KYC verification documents: Five (5) years from account closure or the date the documents were submitted, whichever is later;
• Customer support communications: Two (2) years from the date of the last communication in a support case;
• Marketing consent records: Retained for as long as necessary to demonstrate compliance with consent requirements, typically three (3) years from the last marketing interaction.

When personal data is no longer required for any lawful purpose, okply will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with the National Privacy Commission's guidelines on data disposal.

okply uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on okply.club for the following purposes:

• Essential Cookies: Required for the Platform to function, including session management, login authentication, and security features. These cannot be disabled without impairing Platform functionality;
• Performance Cookies: Collect aggregated, anonymized data about how players use okply.club to help us improve the Platform's performance and user experience;
• Functionality Cookies: Remember your preferences (such as language settings) to personalize your experience;
• Analytics Cookies: Help okply understand traffic patterns and player behavior on the Platform in aggregated, non-personally-identifiable form.

okply implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and okply.club;
• Password hashing using industry-standard algorithms — okply staff cannot view your password in plain text;
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) available and recommended for all player accounts;
• Role-based access controls limiting staff access to personal data to those with a documented business need;
• Regular security audits and penetration testing of the Platform and data infrastructure;
• Player fund segregation in accounts separate from operational capital.

In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk of harm to affected data subjects, okply will notify the National Privacy Commission and affected players within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required by R.A. 10173.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173), you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by okply:

• Right to Data Portability: The right to receive your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format where technically feasible;
• Right to Lodge a Complaint: The right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) if you believe okply has not handled your personal data in accordance with R.A. 10173.

In certain circumstances, okply's technology service providers (such as cloud hosting providers or identity verification partners) may process personal data in servers located outside the Philippines. Where such transfers occur, okply ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, including contractual data processing agreements that impose data protection obligations at least equivalent to those required under R.A. 10173.

okply will not transfer personal data to a jurisdiction without adequate data protection standards unless the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards or falls within a recognized exemption under R.A. 10173 and NPC guidelines.

With your consent at the time of registration or through your account settings, okply may send you promotional communications via email or SMS about bonuses, new games, and special offers available on the Platform. You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by:

• Updating your communication preferences in your okply account settings;
• Clicking the unsubscribe link included in every promotional email;
• Contacting support at [email protected] with an unsubscribe request.

Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect okply's ability to send you service-related communications (such as transaction confirmations, security alerts, or required regulatory notices) that are necessary for the operation of your account.

okply may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, regulatory requirements, or Platform functionality. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on okply.club at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy. If you do not agree to any changes, you may close your account as described in the Terms & Conditions.
