okply Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and okply ("okply," "we," "us," "the Platform"), a PAGCOR-regulated online gaming platform operating under Philippine law and accessible at okply.club.

By accessing the okply website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager or bet on the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms;
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• You are acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party;
• You acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that you accept that risk voluntarily.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of okply after any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Age Requirement. In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gaming law, use of okply is strictly restricted to persons who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. okply employs age-verification procedures during and after registration. Any account found to belong to an underage person will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned at okply's sole discretion.

Geographic Restriction. okply is licensed to operate for players residing in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is legally permitted in your specific jurisdiction. okply does not accept registrations from persons in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law.

One Account Per Player. Each player may hold only one (1) active okply account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — identified by shared name, address, payment method, device ID, or IP address — are considered a breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances suspended pending review.

Registration Requirements. To register, you must provide:

• A valid and active email address you own;
• A Philippine mobile number for OTP verification;
• Accurate date of birth confirming you are 21 or older;
• A secure password meeting okply's minimum security requirements.

KYC Verification. Before processing your first withdrawal, okply is required under PAGCOR rules to verify your identity. You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS card, or postal ID) and any additional documentation reasonably requested. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal suspension until verification is complete.

By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okply account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person.

okply strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. okply will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account that arises from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify okply support immediately at [email protected]. okply may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected breach.

You must not allow any other person to use your account, including family members. All bets, deposits, and withdrawals made through your account are your sole financial responsibility.

Accepted Payment Methods. okply accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, GrabPay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). okply does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit is ₱100 via GCash or Maya, and ₱500 via bank transfer. There is no maximum deposit limit for fully verified accounts.

Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. okply aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within ten (10) minutes and bank transfers within thirty (30) minutes, subject to verification status and payment provider processing times.

Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are processed only to a payment method registered in your name that matches your verified identity. okply reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals of significant amounts.

Bonus Funds. Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. See Section 5 for full bonus rules.

Fraud Prevention. okply employs automated and manual transaction monitoring. Any transaction suspected of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms may be held pending investigation. okply is required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations (AMLA) to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.

okply offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and bingo ticket credits. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the time the promotion is offered.

General bonus conditions applicable to all okply promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, typically between 10x and 35x the bonus amount. The specific multiplier will be stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering must be completed within the specified validity period.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and table games may contribute between 10% and 25%. Specific game contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active and wagering requirements are pending, a maximum bet limit applies (typically ₱500 per round or spin). Bets exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless a promotion specifically states otherwise.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only, as specified per promotion. okply reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonuses where abuse or exploitation of promotion terms is identified.

okply reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

All games on okply use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are governed by the rules of the relevant game as administered by the live dealer studio. Game-specific rules are available within each game interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on okply and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to PAGCOR:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets or interact with games;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any okply game or system;
• Colluding with other players in poker, bingo, or any multiplayer game;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or bonus abuse intended to generate guaranteed profit from promotions;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods for deposits;
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification;
• Engaging in any conduct that okply reasonably determines to be money laundering or financing of illegal activities;
• Attempting to access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction using a VPN or proxy service.

In cases of suspected prohibited conduct, okply may withhold winnings, close accounts, and retain associated funds pending investigation in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law.

okply is committed to responsible gaming in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines. The following tools are available to all registered players at any time from account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications showing how long you have been playing and your net win/loss for the session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account will be disabled and you will not receive marketing communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the selected period.

okply reserves the right to impose mandatory cooling-off periods or account restrictions where player behavior indicates problem gambling patterns, in accordance with PAGCOR responsible gaming protocols.

All content on the okply Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and the arrangement thereof — is the property of okply or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the okply Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any okply content without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okply shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to protect your credentials;
• Service interruptions caused by events outside okply's reasonable control, including but not limited to network failures, power outages, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service failures;
• Any error in game outcome resulting from verifiable RNG malfunction, subject to okply's good-faith investigation and resolution procedure;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits okply's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

okply reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• okply is required to do so by PAGCOR instruction or Philippine law;
• okply determines that continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players;
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) months.

Upon termination for breach of Terms, okply may withhold any balance pending investigation. Upon termination for inactivity, okply will notify you at your registered email address before applying any dormant account policy.

You may close your okply account at any time by contacting support. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing and KYC requirements.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Dispute Process. If you have a complaint about okply's services, you should first contact okply support in writing at [email protected], providing full details of your complaint. okply will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and endeavor to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels as the regulatory body overseeing okply's operations.

okply reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by PAGCOR instruction or applicable law.

Your continued use of okply following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account as described in Section 10.
